Selection Criteria:

Applicants must be Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

Applicants must fulfil the following requirement:

• Obtain valid Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate;

• Provide cooked food, vegetables, fruits that meet healthy/nutritional standards set by Health Promotion Board (HPB), Singapore Food Agency (SFA);

• Provide good service and sufficient variety of quality food at reasonable prices;

• Observe high standard of food and personal hygiene;

• Operate stall personally during school operations hours and special events;

• Preferably have some experience operating in a school environment.

Interested applicant may:

• Request for a copy of Application Form from the School’s Admin Office.

• Send in the completed application form, together with a copy of the menu, selling price, relevant certificates to the school’s Admin Office.
