Crest Secondary School is looking for interested stallholders to operate our canteen stalls.

eg: Japanese, Korean, Mediterranean, Others, Open to Proposal

Selection Criteria:

Interested applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

  • Obtain valid Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate conducted by SkillsFuture Singapore approved training providers.

  • Provide cooked food, vegetables, fruits that meet healthy / nutritional standards set by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) under the “Healthy Meals in Schools Programme (HMSP)” guidelines (opens in new tab).

  • Provide good service and sufficient variety of quality food at reasonable prices. Prices will be determined in consultation with the school.

  • Able to maintain high standard of food safety and personal hygiene.  This includes complying with relevant authorities’ requirements and guidelines.

  • Operate stall personally during school operations hours and special events.

  • Preferably possess experience operating in a school environment.

  • Send in the completed application form, together with a copy of the proposed menu, pricing for all items, relevant certificates to the school’s Admin Office or email to info@crestsec.edu.sg.

Shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and will be required to provide food sampling for the School Canteen Selection Committee at the applicant’s own expense.
