Industry Experiential Programme

Sec 3 - Preparation

Partner selection, interviews, document collection, and orientation. Students are prepared before they step into the workplace — not thrown in.

Term 3 - Onboarding

Uniform fittings, final briefings, and workplace orientations with industry partners. Students arrive as professionals, not students on attachment.

Term 4 - IEP Begins

Students step into the workplace, applying what they have learned in real kitchens, tech environments, retail floors, and engineering workshops.

160 total hours.

Every student builds a genuine work record that follows them into every ITE and Polytechnic application, and carries real weight with admissions officers.
