Student Support

Someone in Your Corner.

School Counsellors at Crest journey alongside students through the challenges of adolescence — self-discovery, personal development, and the pressures of growing up. They do not wait to be asked. They are embedded in the school community, building relationships before a crisis arrives.

No Student Left Behind.

SwANs Companions work with students who have mild special educational needs — collaborating with parents, teachers, and school leadership to maximise every student's potential. Their goal is an inclusive school environment where every Crestan has the tools to succeed beyond secondary school.

There When Life Gets Hard.

Student Welfare Officers support students who face barriers beyond the classroom — family difficulties, attendance challenges, or circumstances that put their schooling at risk. They work closely with families and community partners to remove those barriers and rebuild the safety net every student needs.
